Make mornings even sweeter with chocolate croissants, filled with our Peru 72% single origin dark chocolate. They're handcrafted by our pastry chef turned chocolate maker, Nathan. A recipe 10 years in the making, it's safe to say Nathan has been obsessed with making the perfect ship chilled croissant to bake at home since before he started Nathan Miller Chocolate in 2010. 

Since we're a bean to bar chocolate factory, it follows we're now a bean to croissant factory as well? If that's a thing - we're all over it. 

DETAILS

Nathan crafts our chocolate croissants in the traditional French style, using butter and ultrathin layers of yeast dough and laboriously folding and cutting the pastry by hand.

Our handmade croissants have a delicate flaky texture, buttery taste and irresistible aroma.
Filled with fine chocolate from our Peru 72% dark chocolate.
Easy to prepare: Shipped frozen, allow to rise overnight in the refrigerator before baking.

    UNBOXING

    The croissants ship frozen with an ice pack + insulation. Upon receipt, remove croissants from the shipping container and place in the freezer, where they will keep for up to one month until you're ready to use them!

      PREPARATION

      The night before place the frozen croissants, rounded side up, on a nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover with a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Let rise in refrigerator overnight (about 9 hours). Each croissant should measure about 2 1/2" wide and 1 3/4" high. Preheat an oven to 375°F. Remove the top parchment paper. If desired, lightly beat 1 egg with 1 Tbs. cold water and, using a pastry brush, brush the croissants with the egg wash. Bake the croissants until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. If using a professional convection oven, reduce temperature to 325 °F.
