What is the minimum order size? No minimums : )

I like the cotton sacks with the Nathan Miller Chocolate stamp, where did you get them & are there more sizes? Yes, they're quite affordable and can be found here. It's a great incentive for gift shoppers, we highly recommend having a branded complimentary gift sack for items like bars, gift cards, or other frequently gifted items. Stamp them as you would a to go coffee cup or shopping bag. We're not getting referral credits, just sharing resources we hope are useful.  

Why is 1 bar not the same as my 12 bar case price?  Best pricing still happens on full cases, select the full case size in the product page. 

Can I mix cases or order less than the 12 bar case size? Yes, use the solo bar unit on the product page to customize your order quantity 100%.  

May I offer Nathan Miller Chocolate on our website but have it ship directly to clients?  Yes. When entering an online order on your account, add the client's address and complete the purchase. We can even write a gift note on your behalf if written in the checkout process.

I'm not seeing my custom pricing, why? Please make sure you're logged in with your email and password. Still not seeing discounts? Email or call us, maybe the account for your business was set up using another email. 

I have net 30 terms, can I use that on the website?Yes. Scroll to the continue to payment or net 30 terms buttons on the review cart page. When your order looks correct, select net 30 terms check out. A confirmation page confirming submission will pop up. We'll process that order within 24 hours and it will be available to view in your account. We'll also send out another email when it ships with all the details. 

How much lead time will my order have to process? We have a 3 to 5 business day production lead time, time in transit will depend on destination distance from the factory in Pennsylvania. Expedited shipping options available through credit card payment check out - most efficient option for prompt release of expedited orders. 

May I have my tracking numbers? All on the account screen and automatically sent out with order details from hello@nathanmillerchocolate.com

I'd like tasting size squares for a large number of people, what options are there? Check out the 10 oz. to 20 lb. massive hand cut chocolate chip options, this is a great way to have a pre-made sample size for an event of any size. We highly recommend adding them to cheese boards!

Can I call in an order or email it? Want help navigating the process or have a question? Call us at 717.496.8229. A barista out front will happily make recommendations, discuss tasting notes, talk you through navigating your account , or stay on the phone with you while you place an order online. For accuracy and efficiency, orders must be placed by the client directly on the platform. Thanks for understanding, the more time we have to make chocolate the faster your order ships!
